Felt comfortable, location good 10 minute drive into Yarmouth

− Outside chairs need replacing, very thread bear and my husband fell through one

− Maybe add bed linen instead of an extra £60 as we left a duvet there, accidently, that they thought was theirs and tried to charge us as it was damaged - Customer services on site were brilliant though and quickly resolved the issue!

Great park. Staff exceptionally good. We had a lot of fun.

− Caravan beds were very uncomfortable. Caravan either very hot or freezing cold. No thermostat to control the heating. Pots/pans/cutlery etc all very old and cheap so bent and hard to use. Oven very slow to cook anything. Would stay on the park again but choose a different Caravan.

caravan was very comfortable and perfect location.

− The clubhouse was smaller than others that we stayed at but perfect for a short stay. Unfortunately the outside pool was closed when we went. Inside pool seating area was very hot, like a sauna. Would have been more comfortable if a few doors were opened.

Good value. Good provisions. Could have been cleaner.

Good value for money. Good caravan size and nicely fitted out. Good facilities. Plenty of duvets and pillows provided. Fans provided.

− Carpet unhoovered. Had possibly dog hairs all over it, they were short light coloured hairs. Ants in caravan. Spillage down between cooker and fridge not cleaned when we arrived.
