A scam - do not use.
1.0− This listing is a scam. Do not use on any account. The keys left in the key safe were not the correct ones for the property and we could not gain access. The owner was not able to help and we had to book alternative accommodation late at night at our own cost. The owner also scammed us into paying a £100 "damage deposit" prior to the booking. This has not been returned and we have still not been refunded for the cost of the booking four weeks after the date. The owner is not responding to our messages or those from booking.com. Hoping that booking.com will refund us the money but otherwise will be making a claim on our credit card. Don't get yourself in this situation - there are legitimate places available nearby.

− We had a good night in apartment prior to early Prestwick flight. Sadly, In common with other reviews we had an issue with the damages deposit. Received request to pay £100 damages deposit on day of our stay, told refund would be made day after if all ok. Chased and advised different dates refund made but not received and now not responding. Booking.com been great and taken ownership to resolve but still no refund. It’s let the property down, really wanted to rate a 10.

− The phone number on this doesn’t get answered. Against my better judgement as we were sat outside of the property with our new born in the pouring rain gave a refundable deposit of £100 on October 17th (was assured the deposit would be deposited back into our account within 2-7 days upon inspection), still not received the refund. Tried messaging the property several times. I’m still working on getting the deposit back, thankfully the whole situation made me feel uneasy so I have taken videos of the property on leaving as proof that the place was left as it was found.
Wonderful stay in Prestwick
10.0Roomy, clean, beautifully furnished and near all the shops, bars, restaurants and train station and sea front. Would definitely stay again.
