10.0Location, very clean and welcoming home! Easy to work with. I highly recommend 'Charming 1930s Style Rustic Home! If I am ever in Eugene again, I will definitely try to book this home! So charming, homey & clean.

Cute and comfy
7.0Great location. Lots of things within walking distance! Comfy beds, deep bathtub. Quaint and cute! Housekeeping staff was awesome! Good communication from property manager. Would stay there again!
− No lamps in living room, just the overhead light. Difficult to figure how to turn off/on the baseboard heating without getting down onto the floor for eye level. No grab bars or bathmat in tub for safety.
Great location.. parking and just plain homey.. we do hope to stay again in a few months!!
9.0− Issue with lack of hot water pressure in shower for over half of our 2 week stay. Impossible to actually shower. Plumbers fixed after visits. We did get good contact from property manager . We loved the cottage though and will stay there again!!
