7.0Had to wait for 45min for checking in Owner was not aware of our booking. Called him over 4 times. Got a hold of him on the 5th call. He had to check the booking and payment 1st - even I stipulated that I will be checking in between 2pm - 3pm. Had to pay a refundable deposit of R500 in cash which we were unaware off. Had to find an atm to draw out the cash But this was refunded on checkout.
− Be more hands-on - know when ur guests are arriving dnt make them wait. You have an intercom/ bell system that doesn't work - get it working. Property is clean and neat, though.

9.0The area was quit and clean.The water was warm and the aircon was working.
− The bedding and the bathroom math were not clean. 3 hours before we arrive there, I sent the message via the WhatsApp to the lady working there regarding issues that we are experiencing and the arrival time and she only responded at 16:30 when were already there.
