− Falta de produtos higiene e limpeza, ( papel higiénico sabote na casa banho gel de banho só um fraquinho minúsculo por pessoa e para uma semana, detergente da louça que repuseram, na publicidade informavam que tinha internet, quando viemos a verificar que não existia, mesmo depois de reclamar. Sofá desconfortável, janelas que eram com portadas de madeira ,com noites ventosa foi preciso colocar papel dobrado nas mesmas para não fazerem barulho. Concluindo um apartamento pouco apelativo e antigo.
