8.0- ubicación buena para ver las vistas - todo muy limpio - personal muy atento - buena terraza - cocina equipada - sitio para aparcar - piscina con vistas
− - almohadas un poco incómodas - la cocina está aparte del dormitorio y te pueden ver otros usuarios de la terraza mientras cocinas (no teníamos llave para la cocina) - entra luz por la cristalera de la puerta

− Il giorno del check-in ci hanno chiesto 65€ extra per la pulizia della stanza che a detta della proprietaria è stato un errore di booking,non lo abbiamo ritenuto giusto, La proprietaria ha capito e non abbiamo pagato. Per il resto tutto ok

10.0Прекрасный вариант размещения. Запоминающийся вид на море, хотя дом далеко от него. Мы были не в сезон, поэтому проживали одни. Большая терраса и бассейн были в полном нашем распоряжении. С террассы наблюдали радуги и закаты. Кухня там расположена отдельно от номера, тоже с прекрасным видом и панорамными окнами. не знаю она общая для гостей, или в других номерах есть свои.
− Единственный момент может вызвать опасения: дом расположен высоко на склоне и дорога к нему нелегкая - извилистая и местами с большими уклонами. Поскольку мы были одни, то оставляли машину на въезде в паркинг. а если гостей несколько, то парковка может быть сложной. но на Мадейре все дороги горные и везде сложности с парковкой. нужно просто быть к этому готовыми.

− Il pleuvait et l'eau est rentrée par la porte. Pas d'espace fumeur, pas de porte manteau ni porte serviette. Dommage.
Very bad description of location by booking and by host
6.0The indoor furniture and facilities were in good shape, making you feel like home. Good quality building.
− The description of location was absolutely wrong and inaccurate making me look for the correct address and the house and the door. I found the same pin code on other key boxes of other houses so this was not just me first having this issue. Then someone else was also looking for another apartment and also couldn’t find it disturbing me hearing her steps and stressed voice below the windows. Couldn’t sleep
