10.0Pěkný a kvalitně zařízený apartmán v bývalém apartmánovém hotelu. Příjezd flexibilní. Check in bez personálu. Balkón s krásným výhledem na Falkenstein a v dáli i český Špičák. Bazén nedaleko, stejně jako dětská hřiště. V klidné lokalitě. Výhodou je vlastní garážové místo. Ubytovali jsme se s dětmi s všem se líbilo.

10.0Das Apartment liegt in ruhiger Lage. Die Aussicht ist über den Dächern auf weitläufige Bergkette ausgerichtet. Wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang! Das Apartment selbst ist gut gepflegt, sauber, moderne , bequeme Ausstattung
− Kleine Verwirrung. Bei Buchungs Übersicht ist die Adresse gesammter Anlage / Verwaltung angegeben. Die Adresse des Apartments, kommt dann per Mail, wo auch die Codes stehen. Habe erst beim zweiten Blick erkannt, dass die Hausnummer andere ist.

9.0Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet mit einem Balkon mit schönem Blick auf einen Teil von Zwiesel und den dahinterliegenden Bayerischen Wald. Die Küche ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Herdplatten (kein Backofen) und Nespressomaschine (keine "normale" Kaffeemaschine). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es waren genügend Kaffeekapseln, Öl, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Wasserkocher usw. vorhanden (ein Weinflaschenöffner könnte noch ergänzt werden :)). Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben herrlich geschlafen, da die Gegend sehr ruhig ist. Eventuell könnte man noch eine Nachttischlampe spendieren. Vom Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kommt man über das Treppenhaus zum Appartement im zweiten Stock. Das Appartement befindet sich an der Hausnummer 27 und nicht 24/2, wie es auf der booking.com-Seite steht. Aber die korrekte Adresse steht auch in den Nachrichten der Vermieterin, die sehr zügig auf alle Anfragen reagiert und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Inklusive war auch die Nationalpark Card, mit der wir kostenlos die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen konnten, was wir ausgiebig ausgenutzt haben. In 15 min ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben gibt es kein WLAN, aber der mobile Empfang war sehr gut. Wir haben unsere Tage dort sehr genossen.
