9.0Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Bungalow-Park.
− Die Wegbeschreibung zum Bungalow ist nicht besonders gut. In der Wohnung fehlen ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es besteht einiger Reparaturbedarf: So war etwa ein Lattenrost gebrochen und muss ausgewechselt werden. Ein Rollo ist nicht ausreichend an der Wand befestigt und fällt schnell herunter.
