1.0− Neprofesionalno osoblje. Ubrzo nakon rezervacije na Booking, osoblje objekata mi je javilo da je apartman već zauzet i da ne mogu da realizuju rezervaciju. Pošto je bila last minute rezervacija, nije mi bilo dozvoljeno besplatno otkazivanje. Danima sam se dopisivala sa osobljem apartmana i Booking kako mi ne bi bilo naplaćeno otkazivanje rezervacije, do kog je došlo krivicom osoblja

5.0The apartment is new, and we liked the view..
− The apartment was dirty, and on Sunday morning, just in front of the apartment, there were construction workers. It was too noisy.The remote control is not working. Our reservation on booking was 85 euros, but the owner asked us to pay 103 euros. City tax us 8 euros.
