8.0Structure neuve, très bien isolée. Deux lits simples dans une des chambres appréciés. Équipement de l appartement bon. Situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Vicence, magasins alimentaires proches. Communication agréable avec le propriétaire.
− Nous avons découvert en arrivant la construction d un immeuble juste à côté de l appartement : pas de possibilité d ouvrir les fenêtres et vis à vis direct sur le chantier. Sans cela l appartement aurait été calme. Un espace extérieur pourrait etre installé à cote du garage. L aménagement de la pièce à vivre est à améliorer car du canapé la télé ne peut pas etre vue.

10.0Het appartement was proper en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Oven, microgolf, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, lakens, handdoeken, twee ruime slaapkamers, slaapbank, ruime badkamer, wasmachine... Ook wasproduct, zeep, shampoo enzovoort waren aanwezig. Het ligt op een kwartiertje wandelafstand van een openbaar zwembad (twee grote glijbanen, olympisch bad en peuterbad) en op wandelafstand (10/15 min) van Vicenza centrum. Met de auto ben je op een uurtje bij het Gerdameer, Verona... Een ideale uitvalsbasis om verschillende uitstappen te doen.

8.0The property was exactly as described and as per the photos. Full modern kitchen, aircon. Bed comfortable.
− It was 17 minutes walk from the centre which was a bit far since there were almost no restaurants in the area. We would however recommend O Sole Mio restaurant 9 minutes walk away which was truly excellent. A great typically Italian family restaurant very welcoming excellent food.
