− I faced difficulty in reaching Propery coordinators, all contact details mentioned on Booking.com are incorrect. Also it was longer wait time at reception, not all payment modes are available. As the Property is inside residencial area, it was difficult to locate reception. I think reception people can be more welcoming. There are no intercoms in the rooms, everything you need to to coordinate over WhastApp group. Check which property you are booking, as Few flats are older and furniture is older too. Swimming pool can not be used until swimming costumes, also it has time limitations.
Meeting the family today from two countries in one place that was the our main purpose. For that fantastic Alaya stays .

10.0Our stay was amazing, especially since we are traveling with kids. The hotel is clean and well maintained with all amenities. The staff are very nice and courteous. They have helped us with whatever we needed. Highly recommended for families.
