− Now I was not told or in description it does not state there are stairs to go up i really struggled as I bought my dad who's 83 with dementia tye stairs and step was very dangerous I had to gt my dad onto his bottom to come down these stairs I ended up leaving the day after it was to dangerous for my dad I did speak to jess who earns apartment she said well its apartment there are stairs to in but again no photo or mention of stairs as I defernetly would not had booked there my dad has cancer and dementia I never slept as dad walks around was terrified he wud come down the stairs as the stairs r right by bedroom and kitchen

Homely and well equipped flat for an enjoyable stay

Tastefully decorated and everything we needed for 2 night stay. Clean.

− The flat was lovely itself although situated on a very busy main road with no parking, however across the road there is payable parking which was very reasonable at £12 for 48 hours.

Very well appointed - host communication was excellent and very responsive regarding a couple of very minor issues - ideal location for us (close to station, Tesco, bus stop to Cheddar, and seafront (ate at Brunello Lounge one night) - planning to stay again if available for our annual visit to the area to see family

− Next to busy road meant lounge was slightly noisy but bedroom at back was quiet

Size/layout of property Modern decor, furnishings and facilites Comfortable beds, Sofa and footstool Fresh scented linen Complimentary Tea/Coffee/Sugar Good communication from host Central Location to Town & Seafront Smart TV Wifi Early and late checkout was available

− Only a slight dislike re Cleanliness;Unfortunately some areas, windowsills were a bit dusty, crumbs on kitchen worktop, a hard bit of bread In tableware cupboard. Had to wash tableware before use. Some dirty baking trays were underneath others inside the oven (host apologised for this, a local cleaner was used which isn't their usual practice) else rest of the property was great. Shower temperature fluctuated otherwise a nice overhead shower too.
