Our stay was already ruined from the parties just wanted to leave because no door code

− We waited over 2 hours for a door code we emailed 3 different people the owner the host and office and phone calls no one helped we have. 9 month old infant and 6 and 8 year old waiting in the freezing snow till someone finally rang back
We left thinking more about what it could have been rather than what it was.
6.0Location within Mt Buller was good, but the property is definitely showing its age. That said it is a nice apartment with a good aspect. Quite easily, it could be lifted into an outstanding (if old) apartment..
− There were no tea towels or hand towels, nor rinse aid for the small dishwasher. The dishwasher would not be adequate for a large group who ate in. One of the window openers in a bedroom was missing, resulting (in summer/autumn) in a stuffy room. Given the cost, were a little disappointed.
