Value was low, place needs to be cleaned and updated and needs some art and more furniture.

Great stay, truly a gem
10.0Aptly named, truly a gem. Although reviews indicate it's been on the market for a year, it felt like I was the first guest in terms of cleanliness and overall condition. I wound up staying over six weeks, highly recommend.

5.0the apartment at first glance inside is clean; powerful shower; decently cleaned tub; lots of towels provided and a sizable closet; love the mini amenities provided (i.e. mini lotion, soap, shampoo) to make it feel like a hotel room experience; spacious living room and kitchen I was able to exercise in
− thankfully, i did not use the kitchen; dead roach by the window on morning 2 and another roach scurrying from kitchen to under the couch during my last evening. i can only imagine how many more roaches i would have seen if i actually ate food in the apartment; unfortunately there are also bugs and cobwebs throughout that part of the apartment area including stairs, the door, and entryways but that part isn't as inconvenient as the roaches inside
