We had a great stay, house is small bit comfortable, very close to the beach.

− My only suggestion would be to provide a mop or small vacuum, especially since it's easy to track in sand from the beach. It would help guests keep the floors clean during their stay.

Location, space and privacy

The location was close to the beach! The bar in front had good food at a reasonable price.

− The bed in the first bedroom was too big for the room making the door unable to close. There wasn't a dishwasher and there no way to wash clothing or towels. The outdoor furniture could have been better too!

Even though you can’t beat the price and location I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property.

We liked how close it was to the beach and the price.

− My husband sat in a chair on the front porch and it broke and scratched his back up pretty bad. I didn’t like that the bedrooms didn’t have tv’s or that the living room only had a small couch to sit on. I also didn’t like the fact that they only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels and a small thing of dish soap. We had to go out and buy more for our 5 day, 4 night stay. There were other chairs on the front porch and they were broke also the arms of the chair had rusted off from the upper part that you could very easily cut yourself. I asked if we could have access to the washer and dryer but I never received a response. The bedroom with the king size bed is so small that the door hits the bed everytime you open it and there is barely room to walk in there. There is no dishwasher and you must wash dishes by hand. The worst part of our stay is that one of our guest that stayed in the second bedroom got bed bug bites. Thankfully no one else got any but I wrote them and was told that other people stayed after us and didn’t say anything and they went and looked and did not see anything. I was not offered any kind of partial refund or anything else. I think whoever manages the property is not doing a good job of checking it out and making sure it is safe and being cleaned correctly. The back porch has rotten boards that aren’t attached anymore and have nails hanging out of them. There are light on the lower porch but no way to turn them on.
