Unprofessional and deceptive, paid reservation and no room
1.0− I booked for 4 nights, and my booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find my booking and wasted 55 minutes keeping me on the phone, hanging up, being avoidant and lying that they have my room ready. I had booked a 2 person room with special access for mobility impairment and private bathroom, but they sent me up the stairs to a small 1 person room. When I stated it was not the room I booked, they said they made a mistake and now found the right room. Again I needed to walk up and down the stairs for 2 times. When I entered the room is was a dirty room without any bathroom and shared facilities. Absolutely ridiculous communication, deception and horrible solutions. I wasn't able to stay and needed to find a new hotel. Booking was of terrible help too, they did not cover the full cost of the new accommodation I was forced to book.

− Am Nachmittag angekommen hat alles gepasst. Wollte an der Theke anschließend etwas trinken. Sollte ich mir aus dem Kühlschrank holen, da der junge Mann Feierabend macht und soll das Getränk beim auschecken bezahlen. Um 7.00 Uhr war niemand da nach anrufen wurde mir gesagt Schlüssel und Geld an der Rezeption hinterlegen. War niemand da.
