Great house - terrible management company
7.0House itself was good.
− Had a pretty terrible experience with the management company (Robinhood). They have zero flexibility when it comes to cancellations or changes and actually moved my booking to the wrong date (I asked for 2/21 and they booked for 3/21) and then REFUSED to cancel the booking that they mistakenly added. Had to go back and forth with them and booking.com for almost 2 weeks to get that booking removed. Then when the check in day arrived, they wouldn't send check in instructions until check in time (most airbnbs send the day before or morning of) and then of course at check in time they still hadn't sent instructions so had to follow up with them in order to receive. To add insult to injury they make you bag up and take all of the trash out of the house and drive it down the street to a dump. Loved Big Bear but will avoid using any rentals managed by Robinhood moving forward. Just not worth the hassle.
