6.0La posizione è perfetta per visitare Mantova e dintorni, si parcheggia benissimo, è tranquilla, circondata dal verde, ha un supermercato molto grande a due passi, bar, ristoranti, la casa è abbastanza grande e tranquilla con affacci interni silenziosi.
− L'aria condizionata, ha avuto una perdita d'acqua così importante, oltre la scocciatura del rumore, alla fine abbiamo dovuto evitare di accenderla e comunque il problema della perdita rimaneva, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare e le lenzuola scure non sono la scelta più adatta onestamente, inoltre un paio di doghe del letto rotte, il gestore ha risposto comunque a tutte le nostre segnalazioni scusandosi e dando indicazioni per quanto riguarda il condizionatore che però non sono bastate. A questa struttura mancano veramente pochissimi accorgimenti per essere definita "molto buona"

− - We forgot some items when leaving the apartment. The host is refusing to respond regarding returning it. Additionally: - hairdryer missing - there are no curtains on the windows - electrical outlet hanging off the wall in the two single bed bedroom - shower needs an overhaul: green algae/mold growing on the floor - label the keys to make it clearer what each one is for - duvets were stained - one bed was not made when we arrived - no air conditioning - lights in the hall when you enter the apartment don’t work - a kettle would be appreciated - drying rack in the kitchen cupboard could be cleaned - upstairs neighbours very loud: not sure what you can do there but worth noting. - bedside table and lamp needed in the two single bed room

10.0Bella posizione. Alloggio silenzioso in condominio signorile. Vicino ad un superstore Esselunga. Parcheggio gratuito davanti al condominio. Vicino ad un grosso parco. Zona molto verde. Spazi interni ben organizzati.
