10.0The apartment is in a great location, close to a bus stop with connections to all the major sights in Rome. It was very clean and well-maintained; we even found coffee, tea, and sugar waiting for us—a rare touch in places like this. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped and had everything we needed. The owner, Sarah, is a wonderful person who treats her guests like family; she is incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding. When my two-year-old son accidentally damaged a duvet, Sarah was remarkably understanding about it. I can and will recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Rome. We have traveled to many places across Europe, but I can truly say that both Sarah’s apartment and Sarah herself are simply wonderful.
