− The kitchen area shown in the photos was not present in the apartment we received, which makes us wonder whether we were given a different unit.

5.0The apartment was clean. In the evenings you can hear how people talk, laugh and party until the midnight. It is in a good location 20minutes from Bari Centrale train station, 10 minutes grocery store.
− Owner responds with 24 hours delay, don't realy care about her costumers, comunication client owner almost zero. When we arrived I asked about the wifi password beacuse it was not provided and I had to wait for a respons 20 hours. There is no wifi internet, better said is non existent. You can consider paying 16 euros 2 persons for tourist tax before you leave. Please owner if you see this put router in every apartment, because internet is crucial this days. The matrace is bent towards the center.

3.0Het is op zich een mooi appartement.
− We kregen geen warm welkom. We moesten het zelf uitzoeken. Na een poosje zoeken zat de sleutel gewoon op de voordeur. Geen welkom bericht of briefje. We hadden een bericht gestuurd dat we waren gearriveerd, geen reactie!!!Omdat er helemaal geen info in het appartement lag hebben we via WhatsApp gevraagd naar de Wifi code, geen reactie!! Pas in de volgende nacht(5uur) kregen we een bericht dat we de volgende dag de sleutel en de toeristen tax op de tafel konden leggen. Geen welkom geen vraag of alles goed was geen schone handdoeken l( we hadden al zo'n gevoel dus maar na het douchen uitgehangen om nogmaals te kunnen gebruiken)en geen antwoord op onze vraag voor de wifi, niks!!!! Alleen dat we morgen de sleutel achter konden laten. Het toillet liep niet goed door. Bleef hangen en daardoor bleef het water lopen, de knop werkte niet goed. We hebben voorzichtig het druksysteem eraf gehaald om zo door te kunnen trekken. Nu bij thuiskomst kan ze wel berichten sturen. Dat we het kapot hebben gemaakt!!! Het is jammer dat het zo is gegaan. Nogmaals het is een mooi appartement maar je krijgt geen contact met de host. Voor ons dus nooit meer. Je krijgt geen welkom, geen conversatie geen WiFi!!! Je moet het zelf allemaal maar uitzoeken. Geen probleem maar absoluut niet gastvrij!! Vandaar een onvoldoende.
