Decent three bedroom condo on the south side of Moab
7.0Nice location on the south side of Moab, easy to get downtown or to the national parks and local hiking trails.
− I've stayed in another Redcliffe condo and it was more comfortable. There wasn't enough seating in the living room for everyone, and there were few basic supplies in the kitchen. The porch screen was broken and the grill - while working – had a broken leg. The light/fan switch in the main bedroom isn't working.

8.0Spacious with everything we need. Gorgeous views. All seasons heated pool and hot tub that we used a topln. The condo was a great size and even with 4 kids and a dog, we weren't tripping over each other. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful, but then they also left washer pods, and there were a dozen other thoughtful things like that that made our stay easier. Parking was ample, furniture was comfortable and there were 4 TVs, which was the most impressive thing to the kiddos ever.
− Just a few areas that are ready to be upgraded.. The sheets were really old and not that comfortable. Two beds had comforters with big rips and the main bedroom has some sort of plasticy mattress cover that was so hot and not great to sleep on. Main bedroom pillows are pretty much the flatest pillows.
Great little condo on the outskirts of town.
9.0This was a great little condo amidst other time-shares on the outskirts of Moab. A little bit far from the action, but surrounded by beautiful red cliffs. The space was well-equipped and the beds were comfy.
− No real issues! We tried to run a bath one night for my son and the plug wouldn't work (so half the water just drained out) and then there was no hot water anyway, but it was back the next day.
This condo was a great value and very nice overall. We could not have chose a better location
