L emplacement. Proche de tout, de la plage, du centre ville animé, du vieux Martil. Tout se fait à pied. L hôte très agréable et réactif.

− Wifi très faible. Difficile de dormir très bruyant le balcon et certaines fenêtres donnant sur la piscine de l autre résidence Les gens s' y installent la nuit..

Propre, bien équipé, climatisation efficace, à quelques pas de la plage. Le logement était confortable et le séjour s’est très bien passé.
