10.0Ми отримали те, що очікували. Чисте, просторе, комфортне помешкання з усім необхідним. Ми подорожували з собакою, тому були раді невеличкій охайній зеленій зоні. Є можливість припаркувати машину у гаражі.. Окрема подяка за зручне ліжко та подушки. Мальовничі краєвиди, чудовий пляж. Є також поряд безкоштовний пляж. До центральної набережної потрібно йти хвилин 15-20, до пляжу поряд хвилин 7. Але місцевість гориста, тому дорога назад, до помешкання- гарне навантаження для ніг)) . Є можливість подорожувати по морю до Портовенеро та інших мальовничих місць на пароплавчику за досить невеликі гроші. Річковий вокзал хвилин 40 пішки але можна скористатися місцевим автобусом.
We had a very cozy stay with our baby and two dogs.
10.0Great location, close by to a beautiful beach. It was very clean and spacious. Our two dogs really appreciated the garden. The host was super kind, very responsive and helpful, and did everything he could to make our stay even better.

10.0Our stay in Lerici near La Spezia was excellent. From the moment we arrived, Javier was incredibly accommodating — even though we arrived earlier than expected, he immediately came down to welcome us without any prior notice. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the locks, and Javier responded right away the next morning to resolve it personally. His attentiveness and support throughout made a big difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our holiday stress-free. The accommodation itself was great: very close to the beach, with a lovely little garden area that offered privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were well-kept and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s a perfect spot for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near the Ligurian coast.
