Don't disregard people as human beings, because money is more valuable to you
1.0Frist employee is very rude and unfriendly, if you check in at 2 why do you have,to check out, at 10:30 am that's not 24 hrs. I was there for 24 days, and asked to leave due to a bad complaint against this rude employee, I came here due to a fire that accused in my home, waiting for the completion of the restoration process, social services even called him and explained to him my situation, when I tried to book the room for the next day as I have done my entire stay here he told me I had to leave, I came here because it's a safe place, it's clean and close to my affairs in long beach, im 67 years of age and this man has zero compassion for anyone, never smiles, never speaks unless it involves money, doesn't address you with a good morning or good nothing for that matter, if this issue is not addressed, and I am not contacted by a staff who is higher then him, I will take further action legally thank you for your time and your ears

Staff is not friendly, don’t waste your time or money.

− Staff was rude. Refused to give me clean towels and my deposit back. Never will stay here again.
