− The road was noisy as there was a pub next door but it wasn’t every night and wouldn’t stop me staying again.
I felt betrayed and embarrassed to take my family out for a relaxing outing, only to end up at this deserted house. The
1.0Nothing,It shouldn't be marketed as holiday accommodation.
− Not a payable condition. We booked the place for two nights and arrived late, after 21:00, and were shocked. Despite paying for two nights, I left the very next morning. All door heights are below BS, under 1.8m, and the place looks like it has been abandoned. Not accurate to the photos.
Disappointing stay despite the property’s potential
4.0Price and location were good.
− The kitchen sink was blocked and gave off a foul smell which made the entire property smell unpleasant and left the kitchen effectively unusable. Attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful. The shower controls were broken, making it difficult to use the shower properly. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The host provided only a single roll of toilet paper despite the property accommodating up to six guests.
A great stay for a short break
8.0Plenty of space in the bedrooms and a nice compact lounge, perfect for hanging out and watching movies in. A great fish & chip shop just across the road. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and great value for money.
9.0Excellent location, very clean. Really large bedrooms. Lots of little extras eg washing tablets. Shop right next door for any little bits you might need. Very responsive.
− No hot water on first night, although they came round within the hour to try and resolve the issue.
