1.0The pictures online
− The property has a significant mold issue and smell. I sent the property the water damage pictures and they did not care. The condo was not clean when we received it. The mold was so significant that my wife had to seek treatment. The mold is likely behind the wall and In the AC. The property did not respond to your complaint until the last day of our stay. Then they did not acknowledge the issue. Neither booking.com or the property assisted us to a full resolution. This is a health and safety issue. Such inappropriate behavior from both companies. The property just wants to mold the issue to their advantage and not assist the guest.
Over-all a wonderful two weeks in an exceptional unit.
9.0A beautiful well equipped, well maintained, comfortable unit. The country club grounds are immaculate. Golf courses are well manicured, especially the greens. There is only one Kapalua.
− Not much sound proofing from unit flooring above. An ocean view is a bit of a stretch.
Overall excellent! Was one of my favourite units to stay in.
10.0The property was great. Easily walkable to the pools and beaches. Very nicely maintained.
