6.0Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Küchenausstattung ist auch gut.
− "Terrasse" ist ein unsauberer Teil des Hinterhofs neben den Mülltonnen mit sehr dreckigem Boden! Beim betreten der Wohnung wurde ein unsagbar ekelhafter Geruch wahrgenommen das aus allen Abflüssen kam. Nach Wasserzufuhr ließ er nach verschwand aber nie komplett.
