9.0Lovely cottage with everything provided. Comfortable beds and lots of wood for the wood burner. Walking distance to Hotel, general store and the Inn. Excellent bacon n egg rolls and coffee from the Inn on Sunday. Also enjoyed the nearby wildlife park, and the Jenolan Caves tour. Guide Mungo a big hit. Lots of kangaroos about.

Charming country escape with thoughtful touches and a perfect location
10.0We stayed two nights at Woolbrook Cottage and absolutely loved it. Arriving on a chilly Autumn evening to a roaring fire, chocolates and a carafe of port was such a warm welcome. The cottage is beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds, lovely linen and fluffy towels, and we loved looking at the family farming memorabilia. Our dogs had the best time exploring the huge fenced backyard, and we all enjoyed long walks around the charming neighbourhood. The location is excellent, an easy walk to the Taralga Hotel and the Argyle Inn for dinner. We also loved exploring nearby Laggan and Crookwell, and a day trip to the spectacular Wombeyan Caves. A relaxing and memorable country escape.

− Some milk in the fridge would have been nice. And the back door entrance is low! Backed my head a few times. 😞
