1.0My bad luck to book this property. Nothing to like. We booked nearly 6pm. When we reached the house, owner was 1 hour away, room needed cleaning. Owner was very rude and advised us to go out for dinner, for walk or sit in the car because he was not able to give us keys.
− I am an Editor of a newspaper. I know very well about good or bad customer service. This owners behaviour was "more than bad". He needs to improve customer service and needs to reduce cleverness. I m feeling ashamed to book this property.

1.0Nothing was good about this accomodation and was a very bad experience
− Very dirty, person downstairs was very noisy early hours of the morning.Bedroom next to the kitchen and smell of strong odour food cooked early in the morning.Bathroom was very dirty and didn't even have a shower as it was dirty.Couldnt close the window and a lot of noise outside.Kitchen was very dirty and rubbish bin overflowing with rubbish.Toilet downstairs is not good.Bed side lamp did not work.table not cleaned from previous guests.
All in all a very depressing experience.
1.0Although the host was lovely, accommodating and keen to do the best he could. The property does have a moderately well-equipped kitchen, one shared toilet and ample room.
− The property leaves a lot to be desired, it's ragged, dirty, in a sad state of neglect. It's also fair to say that you get what you pay for, but feeling the need to wear trainers to walk to the shower to avoid the filth, says it all.

10.0The location was perfect with easy access to popular attractions. Our room was so spacious. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Also there is parking space .
− There is driveway to park car but in front of driveway neighbours park their car so it’s hard to do park car in driveway
