the location was excellent , the unit was well stocked with thoughtful products . very compact, clean and easy to reach. overall I would reccomend it as the ideal location in Batemans Bay

Good distance from the shops and restaurants. Beautiful building. Felt safe, parking was easy. The pool was great, and the building itself was peaceful and felt empty.

− The noise was not acceptable for us. Even with the doors/windows closed, we couldn't escape the non-stop noise of the traffic. Its a nice view, but sitting on the balcony for a peaceful moment ... isn't a thing at this location. You can't tell in the pictures

Pricey but worth it for a long weekend away. Recommended.

Easy to access via keybox. Secure parking with lift access to apartment levels. Rooftop pool was modest but enjoyable. Comfortable bed. Basic but suitable kitchen equipment. Map of local area very helpful. Great view of the water. Wifi at 20Mbps. Aircon and smart TVs very welcome. Good water pressure with rainhead. Bonus having fish and chips and a Thai restaurant literally across the road.

− Instructions for the induction stove would help. Shower rail loose. Instructions on how to find the rubbish area for disposal at end of stay needed. Constant noise from the street is a trade-off for the location and lovely view.
