Not much good to say... good intentions, terrible execution.
1.0Lots of space.
− Looks like it was not maintenanced in decades. Lots of safety hazards... and broken equipment. See just a few photos i attached... many more issues to list... when we arrived instruction gave wrong code for retrieving keys... good thing housekeeping was still there otherwise we would not have been able to check in as landlord was not picking up calls or answering messages.
I asked for a refund at least half of my money and said they will work on it but they never give my refund money. Thais
1.0Not one thing that I like about that property, everything in that place sucks.
− Showers was broke, heater was broke, kitchen is filthy, dirty and sticky everywhere. Bathrooms are too small. I can barely move inside the toilet area and I’m skinny. The worst place I’ve ever stayed in Butuan. It was never worth the price I paid.

− Coffee table in lounge needs replaceing asap , ground floor bathroom appearred to have black mould on the ceiling , was not aware there was no hot water.

− The picture advertised is an old picture, it is when they probably first open the place. IT IS NOT the same as the actual. The further are falling apart, cabinets are all broken, bathrooms are grossiest.
