Spacious, clean apartment. We were welcomed very warmly by George, even though we arrived a bit later than planned due to a flight delay. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the area.

Hosts were very accommodating, met us at 1am to hand over the keys. The apartment is large and clean, has a view of the Acropolis. There were some welcome drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch.

George & Lina have renovated this apartment beautifully. It had all the appliances we needed plus some. Double glazing, great air conditioning, spacious, comfortable & clean. The property is located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.

La ubicación que está cerca de Monastiraki y del metro Thissio. El anfitrión muy amable. Agua, te, café, zumos, galletas y otros bollos sin coste adicional que se agradecen. La cocina muy bien equipada: cafetera de cápsulas, sandwichera, menaje, etc.

− Las camas necesitan renovarse. La habitación que da a la calle, no está insonorizada y el ruido es muy intenso: coches, motos, camiones de basura. Si el ruido te molesta para poder dormir, sugiero lo pienses.

The apartment looks exactly like advertised. George and Lina were very flexible with my arrival and departure time. There are various nice restaurants in the neighborhood and city center is in walking distance. It's just great to start and end the day on the balcony with a view of the Akropolis. The apartment was clean and communication with George and Lina was very good.

Die Wohnung war unerwartet groß: wir waren drei Erwachsene und jeder konnte im separaten Bett schlafen. Sehr nett auch, dass George für uns Getränke und Snacks vorbereitet hat, es ist immer hilfreich, wenn man anreist. Herzlichen Dank! Auf unseren Reisen sind wir gerne dort, wo man echten Spirit der Stadt oder des Landes spürt und miterlebt: Wir liebten den Kerameikos Viertel! Kerameikos ist sehr authentisch, coole Graffitis (unser Tochter liebte es). Im Gebiet hinter der Wohnung sind sehr gute kleine Restaurants und Bars, die jeden Abend voll waren. Hier ist die Reservierung am Wochenende unbedingt notwendig. Wir fühlten uns zur jederzeit in Kerameikos sicher. Athen ist eine Stadt im Umbau: einiges ist heruntergekommen, anderes restauriert oder neugebaut. Endlich steht seit Anfang des Jahres auch Pantheon ohne Gerüst: wir hatten direkten Blick auf Acropolis! Herrlich! Laufzeit zur Plaka: ca 15 Minuten. Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt mit Vermieter: er hat uns pünktlich empfangen und die Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Für unseren Mietwagen haben wir immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf der Straße gefunden.
