5.0− The caravan was lovely but the cleanliness let it down. The cupboards were full of crumbs and dirty so was the fridge/freezer. The kitchen area was very greasy and sticky.
On the whole was good but if ever in trouble, uncontactable.
8.010 minute walk to the beach was lovely
− Opening the key box was a real struggle. Had to get help. When I phoned the outside of hours contact telephone number, it was unresponsive.

7.0Location , nice van apart from broken window, Had what we needed.
− Window obviously broken and they put black plastic on it but we had Storm Ashley that night and thought the wind was going to take the window out. Needs sorting if gales and wind are like that again we are frightened for people's safety
