Sehr schön eingerichtet und komfortabel.

− Bisschen hellhörig wegen Nachbaren. Nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf.

Asukoht oli normaalne ja toad puhtad.Eluks ja puhkuseks asjad olid olemas.Meeldis maitseainete valik, see üllatas.Külmkapis ootas külm vesi ja hommikuks oli kohviaparaat,mis jahvatas päris head kohvi.

− Parkimisvõimalust polnud ja autole pidi parkimist tõsiselt otsima. Lubatud pesupesemise võimalus puudus.Aparaat nõudis krediitkaarti ja 10 dollari laadimist. Tubadel puudub helisummutus ja naabrite liikumine ning rääkimine kostus tuppa. Ei soovita majutust, kui ootade rahu ja vaikust.

Great sized bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed. Huge oven and microwave! Including all the herbs and spices you would want, not something you normally get. Also some lovely little extras, like protein bars and popcorn. Was very clean and tidy. Photo's on the site were very accurate, but the living area was actually bigger than I expected. Contact prior and during stay with host was easy. Key code was great to avoid needing a key. Supermarket just across the road. Fairly quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of conveniences within walking distance. Around a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach. Would definitely stay again if we ever came back to the US and Long Beach!

− You needed to use an app for the laundry room, and needed an US telephone number to verify when setting up the app. Luckily the host let me use her number and sent me the code to resolve the problem. The app needed a minimum $10 top-up - make sure to top up enough straight away as I didn't, so didn't have enough credit to do all my washing before I left. It's about between $2 and $2.50 for a wash depending what cycle, and $1.75 for the tumble dryer 45mins. The bedrooms only had ceiling fans, so they got very warm and didn't cool down much at night. It was around 32 Celsius during our stay so we were OK, but if it were any warmer then it would be rather uncomfortable to sleep during the night. An extra couple of upright fans would really help combat this. Whilst the apartment complex is quiet and other residents very considerate, you can hear everything through the walls. We could hear the person above walking round (maybe even jumping as it was quite loud at times) late at night a few times. Obviously this is down to the construction of the building and unavoidable. The host did supply ear plugs in the bedrooms so if you are a light sleeper and don't mind ear plugs then it will solve this.

If you could pick up the apartment and put it someplace else..it would be perfect.

The apartment is beautiful! It has obviously been completely renovated, is very modern and includes some higher end finishes and decor. The place was exceptionally clean, very spacious and comfortable.

− It is a beautifully renovated apartment in an older building. Extremely thin walls with residents living next door with a young child and a very heavy footed person above us (with no carpet). Noise from neighbors was always a problem, despite the canisters of complimentary ear plugs in both bedrooms. Neighbors were not friendly…kind of weird, actually. Did not care for the location…the only walkable place we went to was Ralphs grocery store.

Very clean and updated. Aside from the noise I would stay here again

− Very noisy - can hear the neighbors upstairs walking round, heard TV and talking from other neighbors, the sorority house next door - even heard the neighbors phone vibrating.
