Comfortable but disappointed.

− Couldn't use the balcony as it was absolutely covered in bird droppings. We received 2 remotes to operate the gates at the complex and neither of them worked. Garage space was tiny, if you have anything larger than a small hatchback forget it.

− Absolutely disgusting, not clean, bathroom and up toilet were gross, not clean, still sprays of vomit or poo on tiles in upstairs toilet. Floors downstairs so dirty you couldn’t go barefoot. Lounge had discarded child’s clothes in cushions. Dust caused my asthma to really flair up.
Great location to shops, river and marathon. Lovely and quiet at night and during the day.

− Car Spot was very tight for car. Wifi wouldn't load and was very slow when it did. Plus there was a small Watch battery under the coffee table which my 2 year old niece picked up.
