3.0It is a modern appartement close to te beach.
− The photos are misleading. The apartment is actually on the ground floor with a view of a wall. Communication with the staff was consistently difficult and unhelpful. We were given broken beach equipment, and although they promised to replace it, they never did. To make matters worse, I kept receiving charges to my account without any prior notice. The rooftop is shared with the rest of the building, and the pool water up there is freezing cold (unlike the smaller pool in the apartment). Every single morning, very early, someone tried to enter the apartment without knocking. It turned out to be pool maintenance, but we were never informed this would happen. It was extremely disruptive. After I returned the apartment in good condition and received my deposit back, I was later charged again without any notification, supposedly because some towels were stained. Finally, the man at reception was incredibly unfriendly. Don’t waste your time trying to greet him or ask for assistance. He won’t bother.
