Unpleasant dealing with the host

− Because of the place not strategic to train station and the host service was bad later on. Before I flied to Japan, the host was responsive but when I arrived, no slippers provided

10.0Host was very friendly, helpful and perfect in english. Apartment was big, clean with very nice kitchen and bathroom. Everything needed was available.
