10.0Everything you could possibly think of needing was provided. Beds really comfy. Lovely garden with seating area to relax outside as well. Kids loved the games room.
− Very minor. Hair and shower gel combined and no conditioner. It didn't upset the stay though. Really can't think of anything to mention.
Lovely house in a nice setting and the host was vey accommodating.
10.0Extremely well equipped and very comfortable house . Close to Sheringham, not too far to walk around 12-15 mins to the town . Nice cafe,s & eating places. Also close to Cromer , Holt and Wells next the sea.

Fantastic host, spacious & very clean house. Lots of mod cons / kitchen & bedrooms were excellent!
10.0Firstly the host was excellent- always contactable. The house was spotlessly clean, the rooms airy and spacious, too many mod cons to mention to make yourself comfortable, excellent seating area to the rear garden with lovely outdoor lights at night for entertaining. Kitchen was superb, with washing machine and dishwasher. Beds were exceedingly comfortable - one with an ensuite. Bedrooms were spacious. Lots of car parking space. Was dog friendly too with a few obvious caveats. If your dog is trained not to sit on the furniture then great. Gaming room upstairs with PlayStations and Wiis although we didn't have time. Resident neighbours were really nice too and didn't complain on my birthday evening when we made a little more excessive noise than usual.
− The walk uphill from the town :) (Achilles problems). Ensuite shower (that will be looked at) as it went hot and freezing in cycles of 10 seconds. Apart from that aces all round!

10.0Fabulous property, had everything we needed with plenty space for all the family to have their own chill out areas as well as enough space for us all to spend time together. Loved the kitchen, very well stocked with anything we could have needed, with the very kind touch of a welcome basket to get us started with a few essentials. The host was very attentive and helped us with what we needed. Parking perfect as we had three vehicles. Thank you!
