10.0We loved the central location right in the heart of Pefkos As we went with my 18 year old daughter and boyfriend it gave them more independence due to the location. Villa was lovely ,clean and had everything we needed.

− It was advertised as 3 bedroom but one of the bed is in the main living area, not the owners fault just should’ve been made clear by booking.com. We managed as a family but it wouldn’t have been ideal with 3 couples

Great villa in a great location
9.0The villa is lovely. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The location is great, the quality of everything in the villa was the best of any villa we’ve stayed in, in recent years (kitchen cupboards with everything and anything you could possible need to make meals if eating in, smart TV’s in every room, great wifi, really comfy beds, great showers, etc).
− The only downside (and this wouldn’t stop us from returning) is that it is opposite a bar that has live music on a few nights a week, which goes on late into the night / into the early hours. We knew this before booking, so just took earplugs for those nights.

10.0The villa is really nice and modern, it has all the facilities you need and the location is great near the beach and you can walk anywhere in the resort within 10 minutes. Great comms from the owner, and we had cleaners in which we didn’t expect.

10.0Myself and bridal party stayed here the night before my wedding and got ready here in the morning , the lovely host had left some lovely little treats for us to use and some beautiful first for my self , it was such a nice personal touch.This property was beautiful , really clean and perfect for what we needed
