A brilliant lovely house in an amazing location, but owners need to check cleaners are doing their job !

This is a amazing property and the owners have furnished it with very good quality furniture and appliances . The house has amazing views and a great roof garden with furniture to sit on , the position of the house makes it a great base to travel to neighbouring towns etc .

− I think the house is being let down by the cleaning company, it was clean but whilst sitting on a chair in lounge you could see that there were bits and a tissue under the sofa etc. shower screen had marks on it , tv was covered with finger prints and patio doors had hand marks on them . Towels could be updated too .

They double booked us . We had a wasted journey. Sad circumstances meant the owner stayed on so the house was not available. Despite owner showing us email informing Dart Valley Cottages it was no longer available it wasn't passed on to us & we were able to walk on to the poor lady in her house as they sent us the key code that morning. Poor customer service & a very long disappointing drive home

− Double booked us

Some what stressful, it would have helped if someone had turned up to put the problems right.

The location was fantastic, beautiful views.

− Curtain rail hanging off the wall, balcony flooded and green slime along with a pot full of water and cigarette ends, No bin liners, family bathroom splash back covered in other people’s soap remains, only two towels on the bed, called the number given but nothing was put right, no one turned up.

Property was excellent beautifully situated for Brixham town.

Beautiful view. We have family in Brixham so know the area well. Visited this weekend for a family birthday at the Berry Head, ideally situated. This was an exceptional property.

− The only down side was the towels in the main bedroom. Quite disappointed of the mismatch and old towels along with small floor mates for hand towels.
