Alright. There were some unpleasant parts.
5.0Good location
− 1. Extremely hot and noisy. 2. Very small, couldn’t open the suitcase 3. You have to boost the hot water every day, the staff did not tell us beforehand. We had several cold showers 4. Big amounts of cleaning fee, which was not communicated beforehand 5. Staff not very responsive. If you send messages before 9 or after 18, they don’t answer. 6. Communication issues. When I ask several questions, the staff would only answer one of them, which made the communication a bit difficult.

− Some of the kitchen items hadn't been cleaned properly by the last occupant which was okay, because anything we used got cleaned beforehand anyway. Other than that, it was excellent.

10.0The location is excellent, close to the city center and bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, and everything was clean and organized.

10.0Warmly welcomed by Janine who helped us find the apartment after we got lost! She showed us up to the apartment and explained the heating, etc. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfortable. The 'icing on the cake ' would have been a microwave. Dishwasher tablets were provided but no dishwasher which we found amusing. Ideal location and we will definitely use again.
