− I was surprised that the concierge repeatedly asked for many personal documents, not just once but several times. It felt excessive and unnecessary, especially since I had already submitted everything required. This made the experience a bit uncomfortable.

10.0This was one of the most fantastic stay I have ever tried in Alexandria. The position of the hotel and the facilities there were more than enough. The view was amazing, The apartment clean, fully furnished and equipped. Good internet, Netflix, Shahid every thing I need was there Mr Hussein is really helpful man, really thanks for him Sure I will come again 🌹

10.0I had an amazing stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The two bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and having two bathrooms was a huge convenience for our group. Hussein was an outstanding host, very responsive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had a comfortable stay.His thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and toiletries, made our stay extra special. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities and in the same building as the Four Seasons Hotel with 10% of the hotel price I highly recommend staying here and would love to book this apartment again in the future. Thank you, Hussein, for such a wonderful experience!
