Great base for a visit to Norwich
10.0Great location, central, close to cafes and restaurants, on the river, near the cathedral and easy to get to from the rail station. Flat had everything we needed, very clean. Nice outlook onto the river. Appreciated being able to open the franch doors for fresh air and the big floor fan kept us cool.

The location was excellent, it was a comfortable stay but could do with a few more provisions.
7.0The location is great, the bed & seating where comfortable.
− The kitchen was poorly equipped and tired. Only giving 2 towels for two people is not enough especially when one was a hand towel. Not the properties fault but it stank of pot most of the evening. It was hot when we there so closing the window was not an option.

6.0Location & parking arrangement
− On second floor & no view of either cathedral or river ~ obscured by trees . View was of a partially demolished building in the opposite side of the street. Noisy laminate flooring & in poor condition. Sheets on bed & duvet cover were flannelette & far too warm .

− The bed was very small and slightly unstable. Woken up during the night with someone shouting at another apartment trying very hard to buy illegal substances

− The cutlery was the wrong choice for a self catering app as it couldn't be cleaned properly The people above us everytime they walked around the room or did anything the sound was loud on our ceiling
