9.0Mooi ingericht en praktisch. Ideale ligging op enkele stappen van het deel van het strand waar de hond het hele jaar door welkom is. Ook de ondergrondse gratis parking was een heel handige extra.
− Een (kleine) vaatwasser zou een goeie meerwaarde zijn. Ook een klein tafeltje voor op het terras zou handig zijn

− Il n'y a pas vue sur mer. Il y a effectivement des photos de l'appartement avec la fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. (La manière dont la photo est prise, il est impossible de se rendre compte de la situation: on voit juste un appartement sur le côté) Je trouve qu'il faudrait une rectification et plûtot stipuler mer à proximité mais pas de vue directe, ce serait correcte et réaliste.
