Bel soggiorno a Pontresina in appartamento appena fuori dal centro
9.0Il soggiorno presso Attika è stato nel complesso confortevole e piacevole. La casa è bellissima e molto fornita, la cucina enorme dispone di ottima fornitura con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il riscaldamento molto alto rendeva piacevole stare in casa. La TV con Netflix installato in più lingue è stato un plus apprezzatissimo. Bellissima vista e living room. Pulito. Comunicazioni molto puntuali e approfondite, host attento agli ospiti. Si trova a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione attraversando il centro, buoni collegamenti con bus e treni.
− Al nostro arrivo c'erano 3 mosche morte in soggiorno e due vive che ronzavano. Nonostante non avessimo aperto le finestre ogni giorno in casa spuntavano nuove mosche vive e morte. Un aspetto da migliorare data l'eccellenza del pulito nella struttura, sarebbe bello non ci fosse questo inconveniente. I letti un po' scomodi, molto molto duri con cuscini scomodi. Inoltre nella camera da letto principale si sente un rumore ritmico ogni circa 5 minuti con 3 bip molto fastidiosi soprattutto nella notte, sembravano provenire dalla porta inaccessibile che c'è in camera. Ultimo punto: le istruzioni per trovare l'accesso alla casa e alle chiavi possono essere migliorate, magari con foto, non si capiva bene come fare.

10.0Apartment Attika ist eine Helle und komfortable Wohnung mit Wunderschöne Aussicht über die Berge. Sehr moderne grosse Küche und großzügig ausgestattete Wohnzimmer mit beckweme Sofas. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

8.0Gut organisierte Übergabe, gute Beschreibung des Schlüsseltresors. Wohnung sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick in's Rosegtal. Gut gemachtes und leicht verständliches Einführungsdokument für die Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
− Die Bedienung des Aufzugs im Haus ist leider nicht wirklich intuitiv. Dass das Bad / WC nur mit einer Glas-Schiebetür von der Wohnung abgetrennt ist, habe ich den Bildern so nicht wirklich entnommen (mein Fehler). Das muss man mögen
