4.0− Leider sah das Apartment in Wirklichkeit ganz anders aus, als auf den Bildern. Es war nicht schlecht, aber die Bilder hatten zu viel versprochen... vielleicht sollte man da "realistischer" bleiben. Sauberkeit war ok- meine Tochter ist in ihren neuen Socken gelaufen, die danach ziemlich dunkel waren. Lage ist mega! Auch erreichen konnten wir leider niemanden. Die Notfallnummer hat bis heute nicht zurück gerufen und auf die WhatsApp Nachricht hat auch keiner reagiert. Wir haben unser Problem dann zum Glück selber gelöst, aber so was DARF eigentlich nicht sein!!! Auch dass man im Wohnzimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln kann ist nicht günstig. Und die Dekolampen haben alle nicht funktioniert

− The windows are directly into the outside. Hot water starts after 3 minutes of running it. It is hard to find, the description does not day to look for messages for instructions and there are no instructions to where to leave the keys.

4.0− Handtücher hatten Flecken. Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. Eingangstüre schließt nicht richtig, Duschkabine schließt nicht. Wohnung riecht nach Rauch.
