7.0We liked the location of the apartment: it's a bit far from the city centre, although it's easy to get there by bus/tube. Overall, the accommodation is functional and quite comfortable. The owner, Kristina, is nice and available at all times.
− Even though we enjoyed our stay, there are a few things that could be improved: first of all, we would have appreciated a warning about the washing machine, which was not there although it's mentioned and shown in the pictures. It looked like the apartment wasn't perfectly clean, but some cleaning supplies were provided. Lastly, the towels were too small, and the toilet supplies were a bit scarce.

adequate but missing a couple of elements to make it perfect
4.0it was prime location, the facilities that were supplied were good. felt safe and secured
− The fridge did not work, the freezer was very good but the fridge did not get nearly enough heat. unfortunately staying through a heatwave we didn’t feel there was enough sources for cool air. the mink fan was grey but we did hae to move it room to room and it didn’t quite get as cool as hoped for.
