− Property has cockroaches which we weren’t made aware of until the day before check in & too late to find anywhere else, upon first entering the property we were greeted with a cockroach in the bath & another on the dish drainer in the kitchen. leaks all over the building, we had to walk through a puddle whenever entering & leaving the property, leak was also in the main lobby so dripped on us every time we entered, we were also accused of causing a leak to another property after 1 day of us being there, had a visit from a plumber on day 2 of our 5 day stay who advised the whole bathroom unit would need to be replaced - surely this damage was present before our stay ? Only 1 air con unit in the main living area of the property, no units or fans provided for the bedrooms & no circulation to the bathroom. We were also locked out of the main door to access the building every night with no support from host, our third night being locked out a resident returned home as we were trying to unlock the door with the key provided, he proceed to tell us only residents know how to open, he then proceeded to use a special nuance with his wrist banging on a specific part of the door & so we were allowed to enter however the issue persisted every nigh, bearing in mind we were on the island for a festival so were returning very late at around 2am each night. Fridge was also dirty & we cleaned ourselves before putting any food inside. Lift also didn’t work so after dragging out suitcases through the puddles we had to carry up the staircase. Whole property was pretty outdated & needs to be renovated or shut down! Place is in terrible condition. Had a terrible experience & would not recommend!

Diciamo un po' la posizione 5 minuti per andare a San Julian con la macchina

− L'host molto scortese,non trovavamo la casa inizialmente e non ci ha dato nessun aiuto. La casa sporchissima,lenzuola sporche, mangiare sotto il letto,dentro gli sportelli della cucina avanzi di mangiare dei presunti ospiti che hanno soggiornato prima di noi.

It was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a group of 4. There is a bus station in front of the building and local markets and coffee shops.
