6.0− Only 1 aircon in hallway. Impression is given each room has an aircon. Not the case. This is for a family stay, not for business.

Has potential but fell well short of expectations
2.0The apartment has potential but there is a LOT that needs to be done. The agent that managed the booking was very professional and helpful.
− It is in a very old block. The kitchen has been renovated and the appliances are new, but that is the extent of the effort made to make it liveable. The windows were so dirty that you barely see through them, and with very little effort, this could be resolved. The apartment wasn't well cleaned and the couch was abysmal with threadbare visibly stained cushions and throws. There were marks on the wall, the curtains were full of holes and badly stained. Bathrooms were grimy and badly in need of renovation, you will see that there were no images of the bedrooms or bathrooms on the listing and that is because the renovated kitchen is used to 'sell' it. The mat in the main bedroom was badly stained and dirty and the bedding was also stained. I contacted the agent and he did his best to secure a refund from the owners as the cancellation policy was strict. We checked in on a Wednesday night and let them know on Thursday morning with substantiating photos. Their reason for refusing that it was a weekend booking (we had booked 26 Feb - 6 March). I then contacted the booking.com customer support and they were extremely helpful. The came back with an offer after negotiating on our behalf that we would be refunded bar two nights (as was my suggestion to the agent). We had also paid a damage deposit to the booking agent and they have indicated that this will be refunded. I am grateful for the refund and don't like to be negative but when prompted to give a review I decided to try and give a fair and honest review. I wish the owners well and hope this will be a catalyst for them to sort out the issues and have the place rise to its potential.

8.0The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Location was perfect. We did not really spend time there due to the nature of our visit. Jarryd was very helpful in allowing us to check in early
