4.0Friendly owner but too busy for Lunar Tet preparations
− Without prior notice, our booked room was taken by a family member of the homestay owner. Nothing was prepared. No towels, no kettle, no warming blankets. The sink had a leak for 2 days until it was repaired. We found some stuff from the previous guest. The bathroom was especially dirty.

10.0All was fine. Clean, quiet, cozy, safe. The apartment has everything you need for living: kitchen utensils, a stove, an electric kettle, a fridge. The hosts are pleasant nice friendly people. Perfect communication, fast feedback, we got all help about any request. There were no problems at all with check-in or accommodation. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

7.0The place is within walking distance to city center, yet is on a quiet street. The host is very friendly and helpful. We can rent a motorbike at this place too.
− The room was not ready (missing toilet paper) when we arrived but the helpful host was willing to accommodate.
